FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Welcome to the KIEKI whānau! We’ve answered some of the most common questions below, but if you’re ever unsure or need help, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here for you.
When will my order be sent out?
We know how exciting it is to get your new gear, so we aim to pack all orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Once it’s on the way, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow it right to your door.
How long will delivery take?
Within Aotearoa (NZ):
We consider ourselves rather efficient at getting our KIEKI garments to you! But it can be very dependent on what shipping option you chose:
Standard: Processed and shipped within 2-5 working days (full tracking)
Priority: Processed and shipped within 1-2 working days
*Rural deliveries can sometimes take an extra day or 2, so please keep that in mind.
International Orders:
We usually ship international orders within 7 days of purchase, but we recommend allowing up to 14 days for delivery just in case your parcel takes the scenic route or gets held up at customs.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want you to love what you wear. If something’s not quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have tags attached.
SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we can’t offer returns on sale items. So please choose carefully :)
How do I know what size to get?
Each product has a size guide to help you find the best fit. If you're still unsure, flick us a message, we’re happy to help!
Will you restock sold-out items?
We move quickly and love to keep things fresh, but if something sells out fast, there’s a chance it might come back! The best way to stay in the loop is to join our email list and follow us on Instagram, we always give our community the heads-up first.
How do I care for my KIEKI gear?
Most of our pieces feature our signature puff print, so to keep them looking fresh, we recommend washing them cold, inside out, and letting them air dry. Treat your gear with aroha and it’ll stay bold for the long haul.
